This promotion is intended for entertainment purposes. Each sweepstakes is structured as a digital photograph download promotion. Participants who choose to purchase receive a downloadable high-resolution photograph of the featured vehicle. The sweepstakes entry is provided as a bonus with each purchase. Participants may also enter without any purchase using the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 5.

Each sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Club Dorato, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Each sweepstakes has its own entry period, which begins when the sweepstakes is published as "Active" on the platform and ends on the draw date displayed on the sweepstakes listing page. All entries — whether purchased or submitted via the Alternative Method of Entry — must be received before the draw date to be eligible.
To enter any active sweepstakes without making a purchase, you may submit a free entry request using either of the following methods:
Visit the sweepstakes detail page at www.clubdorato.com/sweepstakes, select the sweepstakes you wish to enter, and click "Enter for Free". Complete the form with your full legal name, email address, and mailing address. One free entry per person per sweepstakes. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.
Hand-print the following information on a plain 3×5 inch card or piece of paper:
Mail to: Club Dorato — Sweepstakes Entry, [Your Mailing Address]. One free entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. Mail-in entries must be received by the draw date. Club Dorato is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible mail.
Important Note on Odds
Free entries are subject to admin review and approval before being added to the draw pool. Approved free entries have the same odds of winning as purchased entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of confirmed entries (paid and approved free) at the time of the draw.
To enter via purchase, visit the sweepstakes listing page and select the sweepstakes you wish to enter. Choose the number of entries (each entry corresponds to one downloadable photograph purchase at the listed price per entry). Complete the Stripe checkout process. Upon confirmed payment:
The prize for each sweepstakes is the featured vehicle as described on the individual sweepstakes listing page, including the vehicle's year, make, model, and approximate retail value (ARV). The prize is awarded as-is. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Club Dorato.
Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value. Winner may also be responsible for title transfer fees, registration fees, and any costs associated with taking possession of the vehicle. Club Dorato will coordinate delivery or pickup arrangements with the winner.
Winners are selected using a provably fair cryptographic draw to ensure full transparency and verifiability:
The draw will occur on or after the draw date listed for each sweepstakes. Club Dorato reserves the right to extend the entry period if the minimum number of entries has not been reached.
The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at the time of entry. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
The winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Club Dorato to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Club Dorato reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by Club Dorato in its sole discretion.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Club Dorato, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Club Dorato is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize.
This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the sweepstakes should be directed to Club Dorato, not to any social media platform.
Personal information collected in connection with this sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and notifying winners.
